Painted Letters!

I have always loved doing crafts, it's a relaxing and fun outlet for me. Lately, I have been working on wooden letters for Luke and Ava's bedroom. I found the letters at Michaels and chose colors that coordinated with their room and bedding. Ava's letter were first painted with an off white, followed up with horizontal pink stripes and purple polka-dots that I free handed. I finished it with a yellow and sage green butterfly. I will hang them with pink ribbons.

Luke has a soft yellow background with large sage green circles that I free handed. I finished it off by stamping puppies in an off white with brown highlights. I will then hang then with brown ribbon. I am now hoping to work on a set of large letters for the fireplace mantel, I would like them to say FAMILY. More fun things to come.
