Happy 4th of July!

We had a great 4th of July. We had our friends Tony and Tracy over with their kids, Gabe, Sophia, Nathan and Alecia and Shawna and Carl. We BBQ'd hamburgers and hot dogs and then topped it off with root beer floats before we were off to the fire works down town. The kids ran around playing wuffle ball and who knows what else. Uncle Tony thought it would be fun to ride his dirt bike on the back lawn, Max wasn't as amused (that was the idea, I'm sure). The fire works were wonderful. Luke and Ava clapped the entire time with grins from ear to ear. I think I watched them more than I watched the fire works. We headed back to our house for a little more play time and attempted to get the babies to sleep. They were to wound up, so that wasn't so easy. We had a great day. All our kids spent the next day together at Tony and Tracy's house playing on the slip and slide and having pizza. Our husbands went with a few other friends to the Giants vs. Dodgers game (the Giant's won) and had the best time ever. All our kids get along so well, it makes for good times. We ended up at my aunts house out in the country on Sunday for a relaxing afternoon of BBQ and swimming. It was an action packed and fun filled weekend. It's monday and back to work. We are planning our first camping trip this next weekend over to the coast. We are very excited.
