Hangtown 2009

On Saturday Max took the kids and I to Sac for Dirt Bike Races. We had a great time. We got there by noon, just in time to watch the ladies race and then the mens 250 and 450 races were next.

It was awesome. There was a ton of people there. It was nothing but hills, rocks, dirt and more dirt. We brought a big blanket, packed the cooler with drinks, snacks and lunch. Did I mention there was no shade. I went and bought us a big umbrella for shade. It made a huge difference. Next time we'll bring along the easy-up and chairs.

Colin loved every minute of it. After the races we walked around checking out all the vendors. Max got each of the boys their own little Honda dirt bikes. They have played with them non-stop since we got them.
