I joined Colin's class as a chaperons for their end of the year school field trip to the Sacramento Zoo. We had a lot of fun. It's a small zoo and great for 1/2 day outing. We packed sac lunches and had a picnic outside the zoo at the end of our day. The Sac Zoo is small and simple, but all the animal exhibits are clean and beautiful. The kids had fun and learned a lot. It was a great way to end the school year and their zoo unit in class.
My child would be the one making the peace signs! What a great year he had. He learned a lot and had fun doing it. Colin loves school and can't wait for 1st grade to start. Meantime, summer vacation here we come.
