We were told when we got Shamrock that he wouldn't be much of a house dog or a "lap" dog. He would be happier outside and had to much energy to chill out. Well, let me say the breeder couldn't have been more wrong.
He was all snuggled in with Max and I on the couch. Sound asleep, curled up on Max's lap.
He doesn't seem to realize he is 45 lbs.+!
When you are petting Shamrock he will wrap his paws around your arm. If he is sitting next to you he has to be touching you. He will put his paw on your hand or leg, letting you know he is there. He sleeps on his back with paws in the air. Very comfortable no worries. What a life!

Oh Kristin..... my Tucker is the same way. He just turned 5 months old and he lays flat out on his back with his legs outstretched ~ like a person ~ not to mention he has zero modesty issues. Oh, he just weighed in today at 42 pounds.
He is either just the sweetest thing or a wildman. We need to run them both together.
For sure Mom. I have been wanting to take him out to the dog park, but it has been so dang cold in the mornings. He wouldn't mind, but I do.
