Saturday night Max and I dropped the kiddos off at my Aunt Debi's house for an evening of movies, pizza and crafty projects. They had a great time. She was kind enough to watch them so Max and I could head to Napa for some World Series festivities with his buddy Tony
We were sportin' our Giants gear for the game and stayed in costume (lol) for the Halloween party.
We had such a great time. We always love spending time with them, great company, yummy food and drinks. It was a fun evening.
For Halloween night we picked up pizzas and headed over to my mom and Jeff's house. We watched the Giants win their third game in this series...can we say SPookTACULAR. I told Max that they had to win on Halloween when their colors are orange and black. It was just meant to be! Totally pumped for tonight's game. When my mom opened the door the kids were totally taken back by here witchy costume. They didn't know what to think at first. I brought a few things to dress up and join her. It was silly and sooo much fun. She and I took the kids trick or treating while the guys watched the game and passed out candy at home. They brought in quit the mother load of goodies.
Another great Halloween!
For parents only: My cousin gave me a great idea. If your inundated with oodles of candy. Call the Halloween Fairy. Let the kids choose several favorite pieces (our kids picked 7=a weeks worth) and then give the remainder a new home. Ours would be Max's work. When the fairy takes the candy to it's new home she leaves a toy behind.
