We had a buggy birthday bash yesterday for Luke and Ava.
The "Caterpillar Cafe" (aka kitchen) was set up with Crunchy Cocoons (mini corndogs), Bug Juice, Caterpillar Kabobs (scewered green grapes and a strawberry) and several other fun foods.
The kids enjoyed the play room set up with three different tables where they made "Bug Jars" and "Dragon Fly Magnifying Glasses."
The rain put a hitch in our Bug hunt, however they still enjoyed searching through the assortment of bugs picking their favorites to go in the jars.
Luke and his friend Owen playing cars.
Sierra and Ava putting the finishing touches on their bug jars.

Colin, Sierra, Kaitlyn, Teagan and Ava finishing their snacks and making their bug selections.
Luke was quit lucky this year. His friends and family definitely know what he likes and were very generous. Motorcycles, Hot Wheels, Games, Clothes, Books, Baseball Glove and Junior T-ball.

What cute cute kids! They were sooooo much fun to watch. Ava was a hoot with all of her exuberance. Thank you for letting me share their happy happy day. I love you all so much. And I loved the bug theme ~ very cute. The kids seemed to have a great time. You are a wonderful Mom... Kristin. Above all remember that ... you give it your all and I am so proud of you. You will always look back on those days and smile. Trust me on that one.
