Cupcakes...

I spent Friday baking 50 Chocolate Fudge and 50 Mini White cupcakes to celebrate all March Birthdays ranging from 4-80! and one Anniversary!
I designed the Chocolate Fudge to look like a sundae.

They came out perfect. A new frosting recipe that I will post later was perfect. It was glossy and easy to pipe.

Topped with cherries and the guests later added Chocolate syrup to the top.

Tada!! The final product!

The next batch were 50 mini white cupcakes to celebrate my grandparents 60th Wedding Anniversary.

Rolled in Sparkling Sugar Crystals and topped with a diamond ring these cupcakes look absolutely dazzling!

So Happy March Birthdays to Grandpa B, Jeff, Missy, Luke, Ava and Max!
and
Happy 60th Anniversary Grandma and Grandpa!

We should go into business together. I love to bake. So much fun creating and you get to eat it when your done. Which is something I like to do too. Good combo. Bad for the butt and thighs.

Love you Sis'. You are all too fabulous and your talents are endless. You will need to come to D.C. and we can do a throw down challenge with those D.C. cupcake sisters.

Love- Kimo

Kristin,
It was so fun meeting you. Your blog is cute! I love your link to the Flea Market Style Magazine...one of my favorites! :)

Those cupcakes look amazing! Love the chocolate ones. Kaia bakes a lot in our home. Looking forward to the frosting recipe.
