WOW!
I can not believe this day is here. It is bittersweet. I want them to grow up, try new things, have amazing experiences and become independent, BUT I want it to slow down and I have no control.
They attended a brief orientation at school two days before their first day.
Picked up our packets of paper work and Kindergarten info.
Met their teacher, Mrs. Wilcox and toured the classroom.
They found their space at floor time
and their names in the treasure box. They had pictures taken by the teachers aid. It was a short, sweet and good warm up to their first day.
