Party Prep

March has come and gone, April is here and we have been busy bees. We started March by getting ready for Luke and Ava's 3rd Birthday party. They had a western theme which was so much fun to plan and decorate. Max is always a huge help in getting the house and yards ready. He also always helps me bake the cakes and decorate. We're a great team! I baked a decorated Ava's pink cowgirl boot cake

and Max baked and decorated Luke's cowboy boot cake. I rented the cake pans at Every Baking Moment and great shop for cakes and cupcake decorating.

I collected several western themed or horse themed trinkets and wrapped them up in red bandannas and jute twine, they turned out so cute and I loved making them.

Sheriff badges, water guns, harmonicas, horse stickers and a little pony wrapped in a bandanna.

We had two pony pinatas for each of the kids and a whole lot of candy the kids collected and put in their good bags. They played pin the tail on the donkey and Max and I put together a hay bayel horse. So cute! Tables covered in western blankets and topped with brown paper and buckets of crayons.
