With the kids Spring break quickly coming to an end and the weather unpredictable I have been thinking of fun and silly things to do with the kids. Capture the good weather and head outdoors for some Spring planting and getting the veggie garden ready.
Max worked late 4 nights last week, so by Friday our emotions were extremely sensitive. We pulled out the kids tents and set up the family room for some indoor camping.
We ate dinner, camped out and watched a movie and had popcorn. I snuggled up with the dogs on the couch and waited for Max to get home before heading off to bed. This mama is to old to sleep on the floor. The kids had fun and breaks up the daily grind. It was up early the next day for Max and Colin as they headed out to the barn to do some side work, mow and edge the property. It was a long day, but a lot was accomplished.
