Luke and Ava have been learning about community and occupations at school. So, on Friday they got to dress up as something they might like to be when they grow up.
So, since Ava's first choice of being a princess was not a real job ( in the real world), she chose to be a teacher. Ava was delighted to put on her tights, denim skirt, Mary Jane's, and embroidered black sweater. It made her look grown up she thought. We accessorized with a necklace of mine and ring our friend April made for her, a vintage pair of clip on earrings from her collection and some pencils in her hair. What fun! Oh, to be 4 again!
Luke couldn't make up his mind between a police officer, construction worker or farmer. Farmer won out. He can't pass up the cowboy boots and hat. Some new overalls and plaid shirt and he was ready to muck to stalls and drive his tractor.
Now it's time to put our minds together and come up with some award winning Halloween Costumes for our camping trip!
