Look at him go....

Luke decided this afternoon that today was the day to ride a bike without training wheels.  With no help from me he just started trying and trying in the backyard with Colin's old bike.  He was proud of himself and excited. 

He couldn't wait for Max to get home.  He wanted it to be a surprise.  

Max wasn't home five minutes before Luke opened the garage door and took the bike to the front yard.  He called for Max to come outside quickly.  "Hurry up dad, I've got something to show you." 

It was awesome to see his accomplishment, his hard work and persistence paying off.  That is such a good feeling for this little guy.  Next, Max took him into the garage and they took the training wheels off his bike.   

Look at him go!  Next the dirt bike.  Oh, boy that's a real nail bitter for me.  My littlest man is growing up.
