Happy Thanksgiving!

I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving with family and friends. We spent Thanksgiving Day with my husbands family and my mom and then we had another Thanksgiving with my family on Saturday. Unfortunately, all three kids were sick for the entire week. They all had a cold with runny noses, coughing and fevers. Then Ava and Colin ended up at Kaiser on Saturday with double ear infections. Needless to say we haven't got much sleep in quit awhile. Now that they are on antibiotics they are showing signs of improvement. I braved the stores the day after Thanksgiving and got all my shopping done for my nieces and nephews and a few things for our kids. I don't usually shop this soon, it wasn't that crowed I was surprised. We also got our Christmas Tree friday night and spent the weekend decorating the house. Yes, we went fake this year. With three little babies crawling and scooting around, I didn't want to worry about pine needles and the tree water. I figured it would just be alot safer. It looks really great. Max got all the Christmas lights put up on Saturday. It is feeling quit festive around the house. I love this time of year. I looking forward to going out and getting Luke and Ava their first stockings and ornaments. Tomorrow night is Meriment on Main, so we'll probably take the children downtown to see the tree lighting (depending on how they all feel).

Happy Thanksgiving Kristin! I'm so sorry about the kiddos. It's never fun when they're sick. Sounds like you were able to make the best of it despite the set backs. Thinking of you and hope you know that I count you among my greatest blessings! Love ya lots!
