For those of you wondering, yes Ava was affected with this change. The first night she screamed when we tucked Luke in and she wasn't staying with him. When he returned to his crib she was much relieved and feel asleep. The second night was better and minimal problems last night. She will be getting her big girl bed in the next couple of months. One room at a time is all I can handle. As it is, it took me all weekend to just get the room cleaned, purged all clothing that doesn't fit either boys and reorganized the closet and dresser. Which will bring me to the fun part. I want to add a new paint color to the room. Just one accent wall, get all new coordinating bedding, and some new curtains. This is all the stuff I love to do. Then after I recover from those projects, I'll dive into Ava's room. That process will be a bit harder. Her whole room will get painted and we'll have to buy her a whole new bed and mattress. I can't wait to decorate a little girls room. This will be fun. So as the rooms get finished I'm sure to have some fun photos to share. Sweet Dreams boys!

Luke's New Big Boy Bed!
I can't believe he is big enough for this new experience, but here we are. Both Luke and Ava figured out how to climb in and out of their cribs several weeks ago. We already had the bunk bed, the top portion was just put in the attic until we needed it. Colin is pleased as pie to be the big kid up top and loves having his little brother to share their new space. Luke wasn't to sure about sleeping in it Saturday night. He climbed right out, grabbed his lovey (aka.. Blanket) and headed back to the crib. Sunday night and last night he had no problems. I snuggled up with Luke for a little bit to reassure him everything would be just fine. He didn't even need the extra railing. Luke isn't very fidgety when he sleeps, so I didn't foresee this being an issue.

Ooooh what fun! YOu know if I was there I would be knee deep in it with you. Give them all big hugs and wet slobbery kisses, and tell them their 'numero uno' Auntie Kimmy misses and loves them to pieces.
Miss you Sis'!
Love- Kimberly
