I can fondly remember family gatherings as a little girl and making home made ice cream. My Grandpa and Grandma Brown or Uncle Glenn and Aunt Correne. They had an old wood planked, hand cranked ice cream maker. Us kids would help turn the crank and make peach ice cream. Now they are electric, but the process is still the same. My grandparents made home made ice cream for the 4th of July and the tradition is being passed down. Luke (in particular) was the
first one to help and was very interested in the process. Then Colin and Ava got in on the fun. Grandpa was so sweet and patient. Letting them add the ice and Rock salt. It was a memory that I will forever hold dear.

This is the sweetest thing ever!
DO you remember the Peach Icecream? That was my fovorite one that he would make. Did he make Peach this time around? Man that is some good stuff!
I also noticed that there is a weiner dog in the backgund and another one smelling the icecream maker. It makes me laugh that we all have weiner dogs.
Too fun!
Love ya Sis'

This time he made vanilla ice cream. It makes me want an ice cream maker. The weiner dog in the back was Lucy and the dog sniffing around was Meeko.
