Awesome news!

My sister called this morning to share the most awesome news. My niece Mackenzie went in for her two week follow-up appointment and hearing test. The doctors were hoping that once she was done healing she would have 70% hearing. Today she had 85%. What a miracle. Two weeks later and not fully recovered and that precious child surpassed their predicted outcome by leaps and bounds. Kimberly said she hears every little thing now and is constantly asking, "What's that...what's that" and covering her ears saying it's too loud. She has a new world to adjust to and I have no doubt she'll breeze through the changes that come ahead.
