My nieces surgery was text book and went extremely well. She has been at home since last Wednesday. Things went so well they didn't have to stay around the additional two days. So, Thanksgiving was spent at home. She is doing very well with her recovery, better than expected. The graft sight under her arm causes her more discomfort at times than her ear. They are hopeful she will be able to return to school sooner than originally expected. You can click over to my sister blog or Kenzie's for pictures. Beware, some are quit graphic. We are so proud of her, such a tough little cookie and oh, so sweet.
