Ministry Team!

I am excited to share that Luke and Ava's preschool director invited to me become a member of the school's ministry team. It is a two year commitment and we work closely with school and church staff to help put together fundraisers, school clean up days, and many other fun activities for the children and their families through out the year. First up is our big PEP Pasta Night at the end of this month. We cook and serve pasta, salad, french bread and homemade cookies. I will make 6 lbs. of pasta sauce ahead of time and freeze. Each classroom assembles a gift basket that families help donate items for. Our class basket is a "Reading Corner" theme. After all the items are collected I will assemble the basket for the raffle. If you would like to make a donation to the reading basket, a children's book, small soft blanket, puppet or a gift card I would be greatful and happy to get a letter from our school office with their tax identification number for a right off. The evening is really fun and affordable. Immediate Family tickets are $15.00 and each additional adult is $5.00 and children $3.00. We are also blessed with several other baskets and gift card donations that are created and given to us by local businesses and families. I remember Colin's PEP Pasta Night well. It was a lot of fun. I put together his class basket that year as well and we were lucky enough to also win a big beautiful "Family Night" basket from the raffle. We enjoyed that for quit some time.
