Every year since Colin was three we have attended the Children's Party at the VV Museum. It is artsy, creative event with special guests.
Colin enjoyed sitting in the front seat of a fire truck. The engineer was showing Colin all the gadgets, sirens and buttons. He was really impressed.
Another visitor was Mr. Pickles from a local sandwich shop. The kids think he is so cool. If he is out by the sandwich shop dancing around drummin up business they wave and want us to honk our horns.

The Paramedics arrived a little later and were so fun with the kids. He took Brooklynn's blood pressure first and
then Colin's. His arm was still so skinny, the Paramedic had to use the infant blood pressure cup. To funny! Everyone got a kick out of that.
Ava, with a little help left them a message on their white board.
Half way through the event we stopped to have lunch the museum provided.
Brooklynn and Ava working on beaded necklaces and enjoying some popcorn.
Luke LOVED Jelly Belly! And let me tell you why. Our son has quit the sweet tooth (takes after Papa Keith) and Jelly Belly was very generous with passing out mini bags of jelly beans. By the end of the afternoon I think Luke consumed 10 little bags.
Another fun party. We look forward to them every year. Thanks grandma for the tickets (she's on the Museum Guild and gets us tickets)!
