It is very rare that I have a child care free day when Luke and Ava are at school. I did yesterday, so I took advantage of it and volunteered in their classroom for the morning. It was fun to sit back and watch them interact with all their friends and teachers. We are so blessed and fortunate that our children are in a safe, warm, healthy, happy and loving environment. I am a firm believer that positive early childhood educational experiences are a great foundation to start their academic future and love of school and learning.
Luke and Ava with their friends Teegan and Chase making play dough valentines.
Luke participating in a Valentine's song.
Ava digging in the sand during outdoor time.
I loved this connectible block and balance beam system. Ava loved it and asked if we could get one.
The blocks also stacked to make a car. Luke is giving Sierra a ride.
I had a great morning playing Color and Shape Bingo with all the kids, having snack, watching them decorate their Valentine Bags for their party next week, sing, dance, laugh and play.
What a great place. The teachers here are so sweet, loving, nurturing and creative. I hope to do this again before the school year is over.
