Yesterday Max, the kids and I, Aunt Debi and Don joined my dad and Lupe at the Rivercats game. It was hot, hot, hot!

The
McCaffrey Crew! As we entered, we were greeted with little American Flags and Pins.

Enjoying hot dogs and lemonade before the game starts.

We were there early enough to watch the baseball field get prepped

and the boys had their
baseball hats autographed by a couple of players.

The boys each got
Rivercat claws for the game and Ava a little stuffed animal from the gift shop.

We took our seats just in time for an Army Soldier to throw out the first pitch,

the National Anthem,

and military fly by.

Ava really got into cheering for the players, clapping, dancing and waving her flag.

Colin and Luke brought their gloves in hopes of catching a pop fly.

Ava with her Lil' RC Frog!

Max and Ava share a bag of peanuts, the boys and I enjoyed
Kettle Corn!
Sooo, good!

In between each batter and inning there was always music and games to keep you entertained.

The Mascot,
Dinger was so funny. His hips jiggled as he walked. Colin tried to move and shake like him.

After the game we enjoyed an awesome firework show with a view of downtown Sac.

We all loved the fireworks and music,
even though Luke and Ava still plug their ears at the sound. A great evening with my family! Thanks Dad and Lupe, it was a real treat. The kids were still talking about it this morning. An "explosion of fun" Colin said.
