Today's sunny weather got us out of the house early. We delivered our toy donation, returned library books, went to the ranch store for bunny supplies, exchanged Luke's two right shoes for a right and left (lol) and got the last of the needed supplies for our dining table project (more on that later).
So, after all that running around the kids deserved some much needed outdoor time. Even Shamrock enjoyed playing Frisbee with me. The boys loaded up their new Monster Truck and Rock Crawler and headed to the park.
Ava showing Zoe how to drive a little truck.
After we got home and Colin cleaned his bunny hut and restocked his supplies the kids experimented with a rocket launcher Colin got from Granny and Papa. Luke really caught some good air on launching his rocket.
It became a contest to see how high they could jump
and how far the rockets would travel. Zoe even tried to make a go of it. She was tickled pink when it would go about a foot in the air. So funny! It was a busy day, but one where the fun was well deserved because so much was accomplished. Max came home tonight with all the beautiful wood cut for our new table top. It's coming together and I am pumped. I'll share pictures later, but for now I'll just say "Industrial Farmhouse."
